Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Delivery is free within the UK
and is by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Prints and paintings are sent by a tracked service requiring a signature.
In order to be able to provide free shipping, there is a minimum order of 5 cards.
Cards are despatched within 3 days of ordering, and prints within 7 days of ordering whenever possible. If that is not possible, (for reasons of holidays or equivalent) you will be contacted to confirm when despatch will be.

All our orders are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

METHOD OF PACKING
Prints are packaged flat; wrapped in acid free tissue, protected with layers of board and bubble wrap, inside a cardboard outer carton. Recycled materials may be used for the outer packaging layers.
Cards are supplied with a plain white envelope and protected by board or card inside a padded envelope or cardboard carton. Recycled materials will be used where appropriate.
PRINT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I want you to be delighted with the artwork you have bought. If a print disappoints you, please contact me via the form on this website within 7 days to request a refund. If I agree to a return, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery so that is arrives in its original condition. Once the print has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of the original shipping and PayPal fees. You must also pay the postage for returning the print. But please also read the terms and conditions regarding the return of prints.
Please note, this does not apply to cards, which will only be replaced or refunded if damaged in transit.
PRINTS OR CARDS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a print or cards that have been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days via the form and take a photograph of the print. Once satisfied that the damage has occurred in transit, I can then arrange either a replacement, alternative print or refund once the damaged items are returned.
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will pass to the Buyer on delivery at the agreed address.
Please note, at the moment, I am not able to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by this Returns Policy.
Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches me. It is advisable to use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
